The complete management operations are currently operational at the Mafraq Factory located in Abu Dhabi and at the Jebel Ali Industrial Area located in Dubai.

This enables the Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Production, and R & D Functions to come into daily contact with customers all over the UAE. The Precast and Hollow core Divisions comprise of state-of-the-art and fully automated group of factories situated in the Jebel Ali Industrial Area which cooperate together with Mafraq operations to provide Engineering solutions and services to the Precast concrete construction sector in the UAE.

The new production facility in Jebel Ali industrial area is build on a 100,000 square meters land and is furnished with a modern Precast concrete
production facility that incorporates Hollow core slabs production plants in addition to equipment and machinery suitable for production of Wall Frame
Building Systems, Prestressed columns & beams and Boundary walls. Contech’s Hollow Core Slabs are part of the main products of Precast Division. Hollow core slabs have already proven their superiority for flooring and roofing systems. Contech’s Hollow Core production facility is equipped with the latest fully computerized equipment and machinery including shear compaction extruders, multi stressing devices, a heating plant (for accelerated curing) and an automated concrete transport shuttle to ensure consistency of concrete mixes. With the substantial production capacity installed at our factories, our clients’ need of speed and quality can be achieved in a very short time. It is noteworthy that the necessary infrastructure for additional production facilities has been put in place with a view to further expand the production capacity in a very short period. In addition to the state-of-the-art production facilities Contech’s design department employs highly qualified design engineers with well-established experience and know-how in the Precast concrete industry.
